Our Story

A family house that grew into a hotel

Litopius began in 1998 as a whitewashed family house on a quiet cove — the kind of place where mornings were measured in coffee, cicadas and the tide. Over the years it grew, room by careful room, never losing the ease that made guests want to stay a little longer.

Today it is an upscale seaside hotel, but the founding idea is unchanged: luxury should feel like calm, not performance. We source from the villages around us, keep our beach uncrowded, and let the sea set the pace.
